Soooo for the second post today I thought I'd add to my HITS Mari Moon Cutie Pie manicure with a couple of layers of HITS Phenonmena Moonbow. Moonbow is a glitter equivelent to Cutie Pie, it has the same colour shifts but with a bit of extra sparkle all suspended in a clear base which makes it perfect for layering over other base colours. The glitter is fine and is not overly gritty in texture. I only used Seche Vite to top coat it with but you might find you get a glossier result if you use a coat of Gelous to smooth any roughness.
The swatches show Two coats of Moonbow over the Cutie Pie base and topped off with two coats of Seche Vite.
