Pretty & Polished Sand Art

Today i have the genius that is Sand Art for you from Pretty & Polished which was sent to me by my lovely friend Bea. This is such a funky look, it so versatile it goes with pretty much any base colour and each base colour shows off a different colour glitter.

Sand Art is a combination of pink, green, purple, yellow and blue matte glitters suspended in a clear base. Its perfect for layering over other colours although you could get full coverage with about three coats. The polish was a little gloopy but that's due to the high content of glitter and this didn't affect the application. The swatches show one coat of Sand Art over Nails Inc Piccadilly Arcade (the pale pink), Ultra Pro White and the final photos are over Ciate Jelly Bean (hot pink).

The finish wasn't too gritty and was smooth after two coats of Seche Vite.
