piCture pOlish Monday! Violet Femme

Continuing on with piCture pOlish Monday I have the purple to end all purples, Violet Femme, to share with you.

 

 Ahhhhhh Violet Femme is surely one of piCture pOlish's best solid colours EVER! I fell in love with this polish the second I saw it and its one of the few polishes that I have used more than once (yes you heard that right, I used a polish more than one time!). Its perfect alone and amazing as a base colour for glitters and colour-shifting top coats.

Violet Femme is a shocking, in your face purple with a satin finish. Its a little challenging to apply, I found I needed three coats to get perfect coverage (especially for photographing) but I think it depends on how anal you are ;-)

The swatches here show three coats of Violet Femme and no top coat because I love the soft sheen of the satin finish.
