China Glaze Kinetic Candy With Rose Stamping

Heeeeeeey! Today I thought I'd lighten the mood a little and go for another attempt at stamping :-)

First I used China Glaze Kinetic Candy as the base colour. This is a gorgeous minty/blue (probably not the best description) that covers in one coat and lies beautifully even. Due to my OCD I had to do two coats for the swatches but it honestly didn't need two coats.

Then I used Drikk Stamping Plate DRKA and Essence Shopping In Soho to stamp a delicate pink rose pattern over each nail. I wanted to go for a classical shabby chic kind of look.

Slightly smudged by the top coat, I must remember to go more lightly with the brush next time

So there you have my second stamping post, I think I'm slowly getting better. I love being able to share my learning curve with you all.
