Tonight I have a gorgeous new polish to show you from The Polish Bar...
This is Party Dress, a stunning pink glitter, shimmer and flakie explosion all wrapped up in a charcoal jelly base. It even has my new favorite circle glitters! The shimmer has an almost duo-chrome effect, shifting from hot pink to purple and blue depending on the light. The formula was a dream, glitter flowed from each dip of the brush. You could reach full coverage in three thick coats.
For these swatches I layered two coats of Party Dress over a black base which really made the hot pink pop, followed by two coats of Seche Vite.
